easy access to parks and local museums makes this stay worthwhile

I had a delightful five-night stay at a clean hotel that was worth every penny spent, and I loved that it was only about 2 km from both the Orangefield Cormier Museum and the beautiful Lower Neches WMA, perfect for a weekend adventure in nature and exploration of local history.

Consider asking for a corner room to enjoy added privacy and a quieter environment, as noise can be an issue in other locations.

The room was very clean and spacious with a nice kitchenette (a surprise! ). The staff were friendly and responsive to any needs. Also, the parking was super easy—just right at the door.

Nothing, all was good.

A cozy stay by the lake

Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly staff who made me feel instantly welcome. The area surrounding the motel was dotted with fantastic dining options, making it easy to find good meals during my stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved how clean my room was.

Unfortunately, noise from neighboring rooms was an issue, as the walls felt paper-thin. Plus, the Wi-Fi was hit-or-miss, which made it frustrating to connect during my stay. A few cleanliness oversights were noted in the common areas too.

The hotel was convenient for our family with a young baby, and we enjoyed the clean room with a flat-screen TV to keep the kids entertained. Plus, being only about 25 miles from Delta Downs Racetrack was a fun outing for the whole family.

My wife says that the dining options were a bit limited for families.

The motel's location is prime, with tons of dining options and a Walmart nearby. My room was always spotless when I requested cleaning.

This place suits me perfectly! It has great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. During my first stay, the staff helped me print important documents. I’m definitely coming back for a holiday!

Clean rooms and great staff, but slow wi-fi during peak hours.

I stayed in a King Room for 5 nights and it was clean and comfy. The bed was especially nice. The kitchenette was a surprise! The staff was helpful with room cleaning. I did notice the towels weren't the best and the soap felt cheap. Overall, it felt pretty cozy for a motel.

The location is convenient, surrounded by restaurants and a Walmart, making it easy to find essentials. The room was clean and had a comfortable king bed. A refrigerator for snacks. However, the towels felt subpar, and the soap quality could be improved.

the door hinges were really squeaky, but the wifi was fast and the breakfast had a good variety (loved the pastries! ). the staff was friendly and cleaning service was prompt too.
